Without any specific reads other than aggro/reggish I would probably call down here. It is pretty unlikely that the river improved his range too much.
Also, the river is a pretty scary card from his perspective if he has AA or AK, because Qx is a ton of our range when we get to the river. Therefore, he probably would not over-shove those hands. He would more likely bet a an amount 60-90% of pot.
Do you have any information on whether his range was polarized or a linear top 21% of hands? That effects things a bit. If it was polarized we can take out KQ hands from his river range which skews his range much more towards bluffs.
Had he overbet previously? What was his general betting style for rivers?
What were his barreling tendencies?
