wt.ag/stWTPHVillian is 16/14/3.5 I think villian's range preflop is very tight. When I get check/raise on the flop , can I fold TPGK ? on the turn , I improve to 2pair so I call. on the river , I don't know what to do ...

What is villain's flop c/r, and his W$@sd? What is his call open in sb, and 3b in sb? Those will be key here. Since villains value range for c/r bet turn and river is pretty much only 22, 55, and a AQ, the river doesn't change much at all imo. However, this is still sort of a tough spot.
If villain very rarely c/r (10%ish) and is only calling like 5-7% pre in the sb, then this is a fold on the flop, because we will just always have AQ+.
If he is cold calling more and is c/r 15%+, then this calldown is fine once we improve.
As played, I would almost always call but feel gross about it.

this turn is the worse card for you ^^
Hope he has A4h? However, at nl25 that would be extremely rare.
Folding flop forsure
I sometimes check behind flops like this
