Probably the best line is to just bet turn around 1/2 pot, call a shove, and bet almost any river. We are just way ahead of his range, and even though when we double barrel here a lot of his hands fold, we want to maximize vs when he has A high/7x. If we had reason to believe he is floating and betting when checked to, then checking this turn would be defensible.
