In last 120 hands in 6max nl25 i have managed to loose 250usd. some of it was at deep tables. And there is nothing to do with getting unlucky, coolered or whatever. I AM JUST PLAYING AWFUL. tilting, spewing around, having mentality that i never give up a hand. please just criticize me as bad as you can. to make it easier for u....i post my biggest lost pots. Thank u. www.handconverter.com/hands/1548910-1548919

Wow that is one nice lookin' spew! I think maybe you were getting a reputation too because there was a couple thin calls by your opponents I think as well. That last hand where you call the $37 river bet was my favourite. As long as you can afford it then I hope you worked out of your system whatever it was you had to work out. If not, I hope you find a cheaper way to do it! For what it's worth, I personally think the first hand was reasonable. On that board I might assume you were just C-betting with air and re-raise you too.. Your next bet would have folded me out. He must of had a Queen or better. And you did fold ultimately at least.

Also, for what it's worth.. I lost $75 in half that many hands the other day... and I was trying not to spew. Sucks but it happens.

If u dont spew and get retarded then it happens that u loose sometimes. Its fine, atleast for me. But in those hands i didnt get suckedout and coolered..........and lost a lot for that limit. that what pisses me off

Take a day off mate and clear your head. Do you do any type of sports? Try push-ups when you feel tilt coming lol.
Besides that, think about it like this. Being a winning player, requires you to win 1+bb/100. So in 100 hands you have to win 1 big blind. Try playing to win that one bigblind ^^. Sounds a lot easier thinking about it like that. You need to value town people and stop bluffing and making hero calls.
Goodluck !!

Looking through the hands, some of them are definitely strategic errors, and some of them just look like tilt. I would strongly recommend watching either Jared Tendler's videos on Cardrunners, or Tommy Angelo's videos on Deuces Cracked. Both of these guys are the guru's of "mental game" as they call it. I can help you some with it, but it is best to learn from the masters. Tilt is something we all have and must learn to deal with, and just like any other skill, tilt control can be learned.
