100nl - Bottom set gets 3-bet, can I fold turn?

have played multiple sessions the last couple of weeks with villain (4.4k hands). he opens 100% of btns, c-bet in single raised pot 59, turn c-bet 61. Villain in the last couple of matches had made his c-bet size half pot with his bluffs and 3/4 pot with his made hands, draws and bluffs; but he seemed to be only 3/4 pot c-betting at this point in the game. In our previous games villain had a really low raise % on all streets, however adjusted to my barrelling in our last session by raising ~25% of flops, usually paired boards and Ax with a broadway. The times I called he seemed to be one and done a decent amount of the time and it seemed to be weighted towards air. This is villains first 3-bet in a single raised pot, although he had (bluff?) min 3-bet in a 3-bet pot from the BB when I raised a low connected flop, I called flop and he check folded turn. Villains fold c-bet vs raise is 43 although I expect it to be higher in this session. Villain is down ~2bi in this session, but he's up against me overall

should I fold the turn? need 31% immediate odds to call, but I can't see him bluffing a missed fd on the river if I call with the stack sizes and his turn bet size, and I'm getting set over set a tonne imo.

I was thinking that because I have no fold equity on the turn I'm effectively risking 87.5 to win 223 which would mean I need 39.2% equity instead

we got different equity % in our ranges
using equilab I get:
