200e: AK in 3b pot vs fish

Guy is a half stacking fish. I've seen him min 3b KTo and bluff smallish. He's playing 70% oop and folding to 40% of 3bs (small sample though).
Wondering whats the best line in this spot?

So clearly getting it in is going to be +EV given the pot size. I think c/ship is the best line because it allows him to bet all his bluffs and worse FD's whereas if we just bet he will fold a lot of them.
